Upper Midwest Office

Camp Mak-A-Dream's Upper Midwest office opened in November of 2009. The goal of this office is to provide additional resources and staff to both raise funds and recruit campers in the Upper Midwest region.

While located in the greater Twin Cities metro area, this field office covers the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

There are several ways you can get involved here in the Upper Midwest, including:

  • • Be part of the Upper Midwest Advisory Council
  • • Get involved with our Fundraising Events

    • • Attend one of our events and bring friends!
    • • Hold a fundraiser in your area to benefit Camp Mak-A-Dream

Friend-Raising Events

  • • Host a "lunch and learn" or happy hour at your office, in your home, or your favorite establishment. We can work with you to have a staff member or camp Alumni speak to your group about how they can become more involved and support Camp Mak-A-Dream.
  • • Invite us to speak at your Rotary Club, Kiwanis or any other group you think could make a difference and make a dream come true for a child with cancer.

Recruiting Campers

  • • We are always looking for campers who want to experience a life -changing week at camp. If you know someone who may be interested in attending Camp Mak-A-Dream, please let us know so we can get them some information.
  • • If you are interested in helping us disseminate information throughout our five state region, we are always looking for assistance! Contact us today.

Sweet Dreams
Thursday, September 16, 2010 (5:00-7:30 pm)
Ridgedale Center - Minnetonka, MN
Price: $25 / adult; kids pay their age

This delicious fund raiser will highlight the sweet treats of local professional bakers, competing in a sweet treat contest! Guests will get to sample the tasty treats and vote on their favorites in a variety of categories.
