Camper Applications

Summer Sessions – applications are open! Apply below!
Fall Retreats – open on May 8

While the Camp experience – including lodging, meals, camp activities and transportation between the Missoula, MT airport (MSO) and the Camp facility in Gold Creek, MT is all offered FREE of cost to participants, travel to Montana is the responsibility of the campers, volunteers and summer staff members.

Financial Travel Assistance: Camp Māk-A-Dream does offer a limited number of travel scholarships to first time participants. Returning participants who demonstrate financial need may be considered, but please note that priority is given to first time attendees.

Assistance requires a Travel Scholarship Application be completed application at least 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session. In addition to Camp’s travel assistance, there are a handful of other outside organizations who may be able to provide travel assistance that you would need to reach out to directly. If you experience challenges when booking your travel, please contact us so that we can investigate possible resources.

Camper Applications: Click APPLY below to be redirected to CampDoc, an online registration site. If this is your first time applying, you will need to create an account. *Save this login and password information, you will need it again.

Only complete (100%) applications will be reviewed to determine acceptance. All status updates, including acceptance, will be sent via email to the address used to access your CampDoc account. Please check your junk mail/spam and white list emails from Camp Māk-A-Dream, CampDoc and Constant Contact to ensure you receive all relevant communication.

Volunteer & Presenter Applications: Volunteer Applications for 2025 are open.

If you have applied to Camp through Active before, please use the same email and password – if this is your first time to Camp or your first time applying through Active, you will need to create an account. *Save this login and password, you will need it again.

When you are done filling out the application, click Continue to Cart.

Select COMPLETE to finish the application process.

You should see a pop-up message saying, ‘Thank you. Your transaction is complete.’

*VERY IMPORTANT: If your application has been submitted correctly you will immediately receive a receipt from Active in your email ‘in box’. In addition, you will also receive an email message with additional information within 2 hours. If you do NOT receive this email, your application was not received. Please be sure to check your junk mail/spam. If you have problems submitting the application, contact program@campdream.org.
Summer Staff Application: We have filled all our positions for Summer 2025. Staff applications for 2026 will open mid November.
